When a scientist at GD investigates and measures ghosts and spirits, everyone shrugged it off as just madness on the part of the scientist. But when things start to fly, they eventually realize that things might be more serious than they seem.
Carter thinks that the re-opening of section 5 may be the cause, and Carter and Tess, its new member, find themselves trapped int the 5th dimension while trying to investigate the mysterious phenomena.
